REFUND POLICY

New Refund Policy effective 7/1/2020

*Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, our refund policy has changed.  Please read below for the latest refund information including our COVID 19 protocol for toddlers who exhibit a high temperature reading prior to class and government closure orders.

Predicting the weather can be a lot easier than predicting how a toddler will respond when they come to class.  We know they may not always be on their 'A' game.  Our refund policy will give you the peace of mind so you don't have to worry if he or she is ready.  Because our classes are booked in advance and have waiting lists, we offer the following refund options:

PRIOR TO CLASS START DATE:   FULL REFUND 
AFTER 1ST CLASS DATE:  
PRO-RATED REFUND MINUS $5.00 TRANSACTION FEE
AFTER 2ND CLASS DATE:  FULL CREDIT FOR A FUTURE SEMESTER (MUST BE USED WITHIN 1 YEAR) 
AFTER 3RD CLASS DATE:  NO REFUND OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED

IMPORTANT:  Your refund type will be based on the date of your refund request email or phone call!  Please note that the refund type is based on the class dates and NOT how many classes your child attended.  For example, if your child missed the first week, and participated in the 2nd week of class, you will be eligible for a FULL CREDIT FOR A FUTURE CLASS. 

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for uniform kits (JERSEY, SHORTS, BALL) once you have received it, or for ANY customization purchases made online.  

REFUND PROCESS:  If your child is still within the refund or credit timeline, please email us at kickstartmykid@yahoo.com or contact us via phone at 586-224-1204 to request your refund/credit.

COVID 19 RELATED REFUNDS:

 All players who are in PROTOCOL ACTION as stated in our COVID 19 PROTOCOL SAFETY DOCUMENT will receive a class credit to any classes missed due to CLASS CANCELLATIONS based on COVID 19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS.  

NO REFUNDS will be given from the result of any government order, executive order, or management decision that results in the closure of any or all of our operating facilities to preserve the safety of it's occupants.  A FULL FUTURE CREDIT will be given for all classes missed due to said closures.  This policy will trump all other refund policies should it go into effect.
